Smoked Cheddar and Apple Fondue
(From Rick Rodgers' Fondue Cookbook)
Serves 2-3

Ingredients
1 cup apple cider
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 pound smoked Cheddar (grated makes about 5-6 cups)
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp non-spicy Apple Butter
Directions
1. Heat the apple cider and lemon juice on medium heat in a fondue pot.
2. Meanwhile, mix the flour and Cheddar together.
3. In small batches, add the cheese to the fondue pot and mix constantly until the cheese is melted.
4. Remove the pot from the heat, then add the apple butter and stir until well-combined.
