Apple Butter


Apple Butter
(Makes about 2 cups)

8 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Pinch brown sugar
Pinch salt

Crokpot on low for about 8 hours.
Blend and store in Mason jar for about 2 weeks in the fridge
