Mexican Bean Dip
(2-4 servings)

1/2 block cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Refried Beans
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar, divided
Dashes of salt and pepper
Green onion, thinly sliced, for topping


1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredient, but keep about 1/3 of the Cheddar for topping.

3. Pour dip into a round baking dish, top with remaining Cheddar and bake 25 minutes.

4. Broil as desired for caramelized cheese.

5. Sprinkle sliced green onions for topping and serve warm with tortilla chips.
