Hello Friends, ๐Ÿ˜Š

Welcome to Thursday's Art Date, today our theme is Crops and Farming. I'm in a Halloweenie mood...so let the spooky fun begin! Bugs is posing for my version of the movie poster "Children of the Corn: Runaway"...corn is a crop right? ๐Ÿ˜Š I didn't include a bloody dress on Bugs, like on the girl's dress in the movie poster...I'll keep that for October's themes!

I'm still on a Blog break, so I'll be back to visit you all in October! ๐ŸŽƒ๐ŸŽƒ Please check out the link gadget below to see more Crops and Farming artwork!

lol, Bugs is working hard with the crops. :)

The Tree goblin made giggle. I have a book on my kitchen table. "Fantastic beasts and where to find them". It is a large book and heavy. It is about the making of the beasts in the movie they made after Harry Potter. It is so interesting to see how they created the monsters. And to see how 3D softwares has changed and evolved since I worked with the early beginning at the Scania heavy trucks design department. :) In the book there are several Gobling´s like yours :)

Rain,

I'm rather happy Bugs' dress isn't bloody. That's too creepy! :) I love how you spin Bugs in your drawings with such creative fun!! It's interesting when I first looked at your Tree Goblin my mind thought of a sheep. I think it's the downward big leaves and general shape of the goblin's face. Good job, my dear! Enjoy your time away from Blogosphere and good luck on that to-do list! ;)

This was another category I could have entered. Shucks! I missed it because I was just too busy preserving our apples (crops) in the orchard (farm). LOL

I have a rescue cat coming some time end of October (black) :) we miss our Amber but realised a house is not a home without animals. Betty

Bugs seems a little out of his element! It should be a patch of giant carrots! Very creative, Rain.

Bugs is certainly getting ready for Halloween a bit early, Rain, and thankfully doesn't look in the least scary. I liked the tree goblin but thought he needed a bit of seasonal color. Hope all is going well on your blog break and looking forward to reading about what you and Alex have been doing when you return.
