Sweet Tea

Sweet Tea
Yield: 1 pitcher

8 cups water
6 tsp loose tea (or 3 tea bags)
2 pinches baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
Orange rinds
Optional: Splash Bourbon


1. Boil water. Take off stove. Add tea and baking soda, steep 15 minutes.

2. Strain tea leaves, add sugar and mix well.

3. Put orange rinds in a pitcher, add tea to pitcher and chill.
