No-Powdered Sugar Glaze for Cakes
(This makes enough to glaze a Bundt cake)
Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Melt the butter in a small pot on medium heat.
2. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
3. Add the milk and simmer, stirring constantly for about 2-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla and glaze the cake.
