Irish Coffee


Irish Coffee
Yield: 1 drink


1.5 oz (3 tbsp) Irish Whiskey
Sweetener of your choice (I use maple syrup)
Freshly brewed coffee
Whipped cream
Irish Mist Liqueur (optional)


1. In a heat-proof glass, mix the whiskey and sweetener (if using). Slowly add the coffee, leaving some room at the top for the whipped cream.

2. Add a dollop or two of whipped cream and top with a sprinkling of Irish Mist Liqueur.
