Homemade Mayonnaise


Homemade Mayonnaise
(Makes about 1 cup, keeps for only a few days)

Ingredients

1 room temperature egg
1 cup olive oil (light or extra virgin, your taste buds will tell you!)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Dump and blend! Easy!

Note: A tall-ish container is a good idea, like a wide-mouth quart Mason jar or a 650g old yogurt container.
