Cranberry Mimosas
Ingredients
Lime juice
White sugar
Cranberry juice
Sparkling wine, Prosecco or Champagne
Cranberries
Orange
Sprigs of fresh rosemary
Directions
1. Prepare the garnishes: with a paring knife, slice a long strip of orange peel, shave off most of the pith, slice into thin strips and twist around a toothpick or skewer. Dip cranberries into water then dust with white sugar, refrigerate to harden the sugar.
2. Dip the rims of the champagne flutes in lime and then in the sugar.
3. Fill the glass about a third of the way with cranberry juice and top with the bubbly.
4. Garnish and enjoy!
