Coleslaw with Old Bay Seasoning

Coleslaw with Old Bay Seasoning
(makes enough for 4-6 side servings)
(Adapted from Williams Sonoma "American")

1 small head of cabbage, sliced thinly
2 small carrots, peeled and shredded
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp white balsamic fig vinegar **
2 large green onions, green parts finely sliced
About 2/3 cup mayo
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

**Original recipe called for 2 tbsp white wine vinegar


1. Add cabbage and carrots to a large bowl. Drizzle vinegars on top and mix well. Add green onions, mayo and Old Bay seasoning. Toss well. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
