Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate Sauce
Yield: 4 cups

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1 cup milk
340g (12 oz) chocolate, broken up (a mix of dark and milk is very good)
1 tsp vanilla


1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the sugar and water to a simmer, mixing well to dissolve the sugar.

2. Add the milk and bring the liquid back to a simmer.

3. Add the chocolate and stir constantly until it's completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
