Chocolate Ganache
(Makes about a cup)
Ingredients
3/4 cup your favourite chocolate (white or dark)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
1. Chop up your chocolate into small pieces, the size of very small chocolate chips. Place in a small bowl.
2. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a simmer. Pour over chocolate, swirl around a bit and cover tightly with foil; let stand 5 minutes undisturbed.
3. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Let sit 15 minutes to slightly thicken. Chill for a thicker ganache.
