Chinese Fondue Sauces

(These are sauces from Alex's Grandma's Recipes. They are DELICIOUS and usually we eat them all up between the two of us, but I'd say they would make enough for 4 people who have some kind of self-control lol!!)

Diable Sauce (Mushroom)

Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
1 small onion chopped
1 small clove garlic minced
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp dry mustard
½ cup red wine
2 tbsp cream or milk
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions
1. Heat butter. Add onions and cook until soft, add garlic and cook one minute
2. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through and blended.

Dupéré Sauce (Tomato)

Ingredients
3 tsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
½ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp HP Sauce

Directions
1. Heat oil, add garlic for one minute. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through and blended.
