Chinese Fondue

Chinese Fondue

Serve this fondue with pre-blanched broccoli and cauliflower, Rice Pilaf and fondue meats if you desire. Homemade fondue broth is so much better than store bought and I have a chicken broth recipe that follows. Also, the two fondue sauces that follow are Alex's Grandma's recipes that we are happy to share!

✎ Print Recipe

Chicken Broth for Chinese Fondue

6 cups of chicken stock
2 chopped green onions
About a 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 minced garlic cloves

Bring all ingredients to a boil. As soon as the broth boils, take it off the heat and let it sit for about an hour then strain. Reheat when you're ready to transfer it to the fondue pot.
