Chicken Aloha!

Chicken Aloha (for two)
(Adapted from original recipe at Taste of Home)


2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 can tomato soup
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 can crushed/diced pineapple with juice
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard


1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Place chicken in a glass Pyrex.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
4. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes (depending how big your chicken breasts are).
