Cherry Coulis


Cherry Coulis Recipe
(makes about 1.5 cups)

In a pot, add 2 cups cherries, 1/4 cup water, 3 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tsp lemon juice.  Bring to boil and simmer about 10-15 minutes until cherries are soft. Blend a little bit with an immersion blender and chill.

This is GREAT on ice cream!
