Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins
(makes 12)
(Adapted from a Williams Sonoma cookbook - which one though???)


2 cups flour
2/3 cups brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup blueberries


1. Preheat oven to 400 and butter or line your muffin tin.

2. In one bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together.

3. In a larger bowl, whisk all of the wet ingredients together, being careful to slowly add the melted butter if it's hot.

4. Combine the dry into the wet ingredients and add the blueberries.

5. Spoon in the batter, cook about 25 minutes and let cool on a wire rack.
