Blue Cheese Dip

Blue Cheese Dip
(Adapted from Williams Sonoma "Hors D'Oeuvres")


1/2 brick cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Blue cheese, at room temperature
2 Tbs. chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Mix it all up with a beater.

Note: Original recipe called for a whopping ONE cup of Blue cheese for this dip, we found 1/4 even a bit too much!
