Cottage Beef Stew

Cottage Beef Stew
(makes 4 servings)


Olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 Tournedo steaks, cubed (or any cut of meat you have, make sure it's enough for 4 servings in the stew)
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
2 cups green/yellow beans, cut in half
3 potatoes chopped
1 cup red wine
1 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp ground rosemary

1. Heat olive oil, add onion, beef and Worcestershire. Season with s&p, cook to the brown meat.

2. Put everything in the slow cooker on low for 7 hours.
